At Aditya Jewellery, we want you to feel confident when purchasing your jewellery. Please read our return and refund conditions carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The jewellery is unworn and in its original condition.

• The original packaging, tags and accompanying documents are included.

• The item has not been altered, resized, engraved or damaged.

• The item is returned securely with all original accessories and certificates.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalized jewellery

• Engraved jewellery

• Made-to-order pieces

• Resized or modified jewellery

• Items damaged or altered after delivery

• Items showing signs of wear

Exception: If a custom or personalized item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photographs and order details so we can review the issue.

3. Damaged or Defective Jewellery

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Clear photographs/videos of the item

• Photographs of the packaging

• Description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement, repair or refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied by Aditya Jewellery, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Aditya Jewellery cannot be responsible for jewellery lost during return transit.

5. Refunds

Once your returned jewellery is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchange availability may depend on the product, size, metal and stock availability.

7. Ring Size

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size when placing an order.

Please use our Ring Size Guide before ordering.

For custom or made-to-order rings, please confirm your size carefully because these products may not be eligible for return due to incorrect sizing.

8. International Orders

For international returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs, duties or taxes associated with the return.
