At Aditya Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewellery, we accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

💎 Returns & Exchanges

✓ Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

✓ The jewellery must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

✓ All original certificates, tags, invoices, boxes, and other included accessories should be returned with the jewellery.

✓ Return shipping and delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse return shipping costs.

✓ Once we receive your returned item, it will be carefully inspected before the return or refund is approved.

✓ Refunds will be processed after the returned jewellery has been received and successfully inspected.

✗ Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, resized, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

💰 Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment processing time.

Any applicable shipping charges paid on the original order may be non-refundable.

We are happy to create jewellery specially for you.

Customization may include:

✓ Metal type or colour
✓ Stone type or specifications
✓ Engraving
✓ Personalized designs
✓ Made-to-order jewellery

Because these pieces are specially created according to your requirements:

✗ Custom, personalized, engraved, and made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.

However, if a custom or personalized item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist you.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the jewellery

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
