At Aditya Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewellery, we offer returns under the conditions below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned with its original packaging, certificates, tags, and documents.

• The item must not show any signs of damage, alteration, resizing, or wear.

• Proof of purchase/order details must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom-made or made-to-order jewellery

• Personalized or engraved jewellery

• Jewellery specially customized according to customer specifications

• Items that have been resized, altered, or modified after delivery

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

5. Return Shipping

For eligible returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective due to our error, we will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

6. Refunds

Once the returned jewellery is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

7. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within the 30-day return period, subject to product availability and inspection.

Customized, personalized, engraved, resized, or made-to-order jewellery is generally not eligible for exchange.

8. International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country.

9. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with:

• Order number

• Product name

• Reason for return

• Photos/videos where applicable

Our team will provide the return instructions after reviewing your request.
