5. Custom & Personalized Jewellery

Custom, personalized, engraved and made-to-order jewellery is created according to the customer's specifications.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Such products may also be excluded from returns except where the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly made.

6. Ring Sizes

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size.

Please use our Ring Size Guide before placing your order.

For custom-made rings, customers should confirm their size carefully before production begins.

7. Jewellery Warranty — 6 Months

Aditya Jewellery provides a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in the jewellery.

The warranty may cover issues caused by manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and approval by Aditya Jewellery.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Scratches or dents
  • Loss or theft
  • Damage caused by chemicals or improper care
  • Damage caused by resizing or modification by another jeweller
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Lost gemstones caused by impact or improper handling

Warranty claims must be submitted with the original order details and may require photographs or inspection of the jewellery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Please review that policy before purchasing.

9. Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping method, customs clearance and other circumstances outside our control.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes and import charges.
